Product characteristics and strength performance
Tensile strength: The biaxial design of 80-80KN/M means that both the longitude and latitude have high tensile strength, which can evenly disperse the concentrated load of the parking lot and reduce local deformation
Asphalt coating: The surface is coated with an asphalt reinforcement layer to improve the adhesion with the asphalt mixture, prevent interlayer slippage, and extend the service life
Corrosion resistance: The glass fiber material is acid and alkali resistant and aging resistant, suitable for the humid environment and chemical exposure of the parking lot

Surface Preparation:
Mill existing pavement as needed
Apply polymer-modified tack coat (0.6-0.8 kg/m²)

 

Geogrid Placement:
Unroll with machine direction perpendicular to traffic flow
Minimum 300mm side overlaps, 500mm end overlaps

Asphalt Placement:


Minimum 75mm overlay thickness recommended
Maintain ≥150°C mix temperature during placement
