The three-dimensional composite drainage net is made of a unique three-dimensional geonet with double-sided bonded geotextile. It combines geotextile (anti-filtration function) and geonet (drainage and protection function) to provide a complete "anti-filtration-drainage-protection" effect. The unique three-dimensional structure of the three-dimensional composite drainage net core can withstand high compression loads during the entire use process, and can maintain a considerable thickness, providing good water conductivity. It can replace traditional sand and gravel layers and is mainly used for drainage of landfills, roadbeds and tunnel inner walls.
Mainly used in drainage projects such as roads, tunnels, municipal engineering, reservoirs, and slope protection, with significant effects.
Product Features
1. Strong drainage (equivalent to one meter thick gravel drainage).
2. High tensile strength.
3. Reduce the probability of geotextiles embedded in the mesh core and maintain long-term stable drainage.
4. Withstand high pressure loads for a long time (can withstand a compression load of about 3000Ka).
5. Corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, long service life.
6. Convenient construction, shortened construction period, and reduced costs.
Key Features
1.Good drainage function(equal to one meter thickness gravel‘s drainage )
2.High tensile strength
3.Anti-Corrosion,anti-aki,long lifespan
4.Load the high pressure in long term
1. Adjust the direction of the geosynthetics so that the length of the material roll is perpendicular to the road.
2. The composite geosynthetics must be terminated, and the geotextiles on adjacent geonet cores are overlapped along the material roll.
3. Connect the geonet cores of adjacent geotextile rolls with white or colored plastic buckles or polymer tapes to connect the material rolls. Connect with tape every 3 feet along the length of the material roll.
4. The direction of the overlapping geotextiles should be consistent with the direction of the filler stacking. If the geosynthetics are laid between the foundation/base and the subbase, continuous wedge welding, flat head welding or stitching should be performed to fix the upper layer of the overlapping geotextiles. If stitching, it is recommended to use the flat head stitching method or the general stitching method to meet the stitch length requirements.
