Basic characteristics
Composition and structure
· The main components are 97.5% high-density polyethylene, 2.5% carbon black and trace antioxidants, without chemical additives.
· Density greater than 0.94g/cm³, milky white appearance, thin cross-section is translucent.
Physical properties
· High tensile strength: tensile strength can reach 28MPa, elongation at break 700%.
· Wide temperature range: applicable temperature -60°C to +60°C, service life of more than 50 years.
· Low permeability: permeability coefficient as low as K=1.0×10⁻¹³g·cm/(cm²·s·Pa), with significant anti-seepage effect.

Construction Technical Requirements
1. Base surface treatment
· It should be flat and free of sharp objects, with a compaction degree of ≥95% and a smooth transition of slope.
2. Welding process
· The joints should be clean and dry, avoiding moisture and dust; the welder should be preheated when the temperature is below 5°C.
· It is recommended to use hot melt welding, and the weld strength should reach more than 90% of the parent material.
3. Laying specifications
· Extend from low to high, leaving 1.5% expansion margin to accommodate settlement.
· Adjacent longitudinal joints should be staggered by more than 1m to avoid corner areas.
