Product Overview :

 

Fiberglass geogrids is composed of a reticular structural material made of glass fiber filament with modified bitumen coating. It can strengthen the asphalt layer, extend the service life ot pavement layers and decrease the occurrence rate of reflective cracking under cyclic traffic load.

 

Features:

1. Increase the bearing capacity of the roadbed and foundation and prolong their service life.

2. Prevent road surface and foundation from sinking or flawing, keep clean and beautiful ground surface.

3. Convenient construction saves time and labor, reduce mounting time and decrease maintenance expense.

4. Prevent culverts from flawing.

5. Enhance earth slope and prevent water loss and soil erosion.

6. Decrease underlayer thickness and save manufacturing cost.

7. Enhance the stability of side slope turf net patch to improve greening.

Professional Installation Guide :
Surface Preparation:
Mill existing pavement as needed
Apply polymer-modified tack coat (0.6-0.8 kg/m²)

 

Geogrid Placement:
Unroll with machine direction perpendicular to traffic flow
Minimum 300mm side overlaps, 500mm end overlaps

Asphalt Placement:


Minimum 75mm overlay thickness recommended
Maintain ≥150°C mix temperature during placement
