Product Overview :

 

Fiberglass Geogrids are a biaxial or uniaxial geogrid made of high strength E-glass fiber yarns, produced with high quality fiberglass filament and special warp-knitting technology,impregnated with bitumenious polymer to protect glassfiber and provide mesh dimensional stability.The square or orthogonal cellular structure is stitched with strong knots.Various opening sizes are available,and the tensile strength ranging from 30kNm to 300kN/m which is suitable for concrete and asphalt layer reinforcement..

Asphalt Fiberglass Geogrid Professional Installation Guide :
Surface Preparation:
Mill existing pavement as needed
Apply polymer-modified tack coat (0.6-0.8 kg/m²)

 

Geogrid Placement:
Unroll with machine direction perpendicular to traffic flow
Minimum 300mm side overlaps, 500mm end overlaps

Asphalt Placement:


Minimum 75mm overlay thickness recommended
Maintain ≥150°C mix temperature during placement
