Polyester Geogrid Design and Construction Workflow:


Site & Soil Analysis: Geotechnical engineers analyze the soil conditions, loads, and required wall height.

Design: Engineers specify the geogrid type (polyester), its strength, length, and vertical spacing between layers.

The length is crucial for creating a stable reinforced zone.

 

Construction:

A leveling pad is prepared.

The first layer of wall facing units is placed.

A layer of select backfill is placed and compacted.

The polyester geogrid is rolled out over the compacted soil and connected to the wall face.

The process repeats: backfill, compact, place geogrid, until the top is reached.
