Raw Materials

Manufacturing Process

1.Fiberglass Production: Glass is melted and drawn into continuous fibers.

2.Yarn Formation: Fibers are twisted into high-strength yarns.

3.Grid Formation: Yarns are arranged in a square or rectangular grid pattern.

4.Coating: The grid is coated with PVC, bitumen, or resin to improve resistance to environmental factors.

5.Cutting & Packaging: Finished geogrids are cut to required sizes, rolled, and packaged for shipment.

Asphalt Fiberglass Geogrid Professional Installation Guide :
Surface Preparation:
Mill existing pavement as needed
Apply polymer-modified tack coat (0.6-0.8 kg/m²)

 

Geogrid Placement:
Unroll with machine direction perpendicular to traffic flow
Minimum 300mm side overlaps, 500mm end overlaps

Asphalt Placement:


Minimum 75mm overlay thickness recommended
Maintain ≥150°C mix temperature during placement
