Polyester BX Geogrid Properties :

1. "200-200 kN/m" - The Strength Specification
This indicates the minimum ultimate tensile strength per unit width of the geogrid.

First 200 (kN/m): This is the tensile strength in the machine direction (MD) or longitudinal direction

(the direction the geogrid is manufactured and rolled out).

Second 200 (kN/m): This is the tensile strength in the cross-machine direction (CMD) or transverse direction.

kN/m: Kilonewtons per meter. This means that a one-meter wide strip of this geogrid can withstand a force

of 200 kilonewtons before breaking. 200 kN is approximately equal to 20.4 metric tons of force.
